Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all entered addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services do not forward and your product will not arrive. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for products delivered to incorrect addresses unless it is our error.

 Buyer is responsible for all Shipping costs, including return/Warranty claims, unless otherwise approved prior by LHC Inc.

We strive to ship all orders within our allotted quote times. We are a High volume FULLY CUSTOM Maker of Leather goods. Nothing sits on the Shelf, it is made to YOUR specs. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if return authorization is granted prior to return shipment by Leatherhead Concepts Inc. Return authorization will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping is not reimbursable,
